According to http://en.daneshgahnes.com Dr. Arsalan Ghorbani, the vice chancellor of Minister of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) in international affairs said: “Islamic Revolution of Iran was a marvel that revived the role of religion in international relations.”
Dr. Arsalan Ghorbani stated that before Islamic Revolution of Iran, there were no place for religion in international relations and after the Islamic Revolution; religion was entered to international relations as an important factor.He also added that in the usual theories of international relations, power was an absolute obvious factor and there were no place for culture and other values in international affairs but after the revolution, religion played an important role in international relation scene and political demands.
He mentioned that Islamic Republic of Iran gave a new identity to the Muslims of the world and improved the role of Islamic countries in the world’s diplomatic arena.
